TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility:
The InterQuip Equipment in Action Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:
– Must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
– Must have a valid and active social media account (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
– Must reside in a country or region where the Giveaway is legally permitted.
– Must adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Giveaway Period:
2.1. The Giveaway will commence on November 7, 2023 and conclude on December 6, 2023. All entries must be submitted within this period to be eligible for consideration.
3. How to Enter:
3.1. Participants must follow these steps to enter the Giveaway:
– Follow our official Social Media Pages.
– Post a picture of our equipment in action on your social media account.
– Use the hashtag #InterQuipGiveaway.
4. Prize:
4.1. There will be three winners in the Giveaway, each receiving one of the following prizes:
– First Prize: A Giantex Outdoor Wood Fired Pizza Oven.
– Second Prize: A BLACK+DECKER Stackable Storage System.
– Third Prize: A $100 InterQuip Gift Certificate.
4.2. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
5. Winner Selection:
5.1. The winner will be selected and notified via Direct Message on the social media platform you entered within 7 days of the Giveaway’s conclusion.
5.2. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification or is found to be ineligible, another winner will be selected.
6. Publicity and Personal Information:
6.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the use of their posted pictures and name for promotional and advertising purposes without any compensation.
7. Privacy Policy:
7.1. All personal information obtained from participants in the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://interquip.us/privacy-policy/
8. General Conditions:
8.1. InterQuip reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
8.2. InterQuip reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances or technical issues arise.
8.3. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability:
9.1. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless InterQuip, its employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or actions arising out of or related to the Giveaway.
10. Disputes:
10.1. Any disputes related to the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Sponsor:
