“So, we start off by laying out the conveyor sections and all the necessary components needed to fully assemble the conveyor. We then bolt the sections together and turn the conveyor upside down to attach the necessary strengthening support stringers and section joint plates. We then turn the conveyor back over again and attach the side guide support posts and bottom rollers. Now we are ready to start feeding the belt through the bottom rollers and then securing the two ends of the belt together by using the Flexco R2 fasteners. Once the belts been secure, we tension it equally on both sides, install the side panels, slide the motor-gearbox onto the shaft, and assemble the mobile chassis ready to be bolted to the underside of the conveyor.”
