The LINKIT Conveyor was conceived back in the 80’s to move material in limited access spaces. Nowadays, Contractors, Homeowners and DIY renovators are coming up with tons of creative uses for the LINKIT . It’s such a walk in the park, here are a few clips of it being put together and used.
The conveyors’ Linking together is a tremendous advantage when moving material over long distances without damaging the landscaped areas or paths, even down walkways and between houses or any confined space. On a large project when multiple conveyors are needed, we always want to eliminate any kind of hazards like trailing wires to and from equipment.
Our portable conveyors are incorporated with a linkable power system meaning that you simply connect the power from one conveyor to another so you do not need a designated power supply for every conveyor. A standard 110v 20-amp supply will connect at least 4 machines together, that allows you to transport material up to 72’ just with one supply of power. No special power required.
When feeding with a small excavator, it’s recommended that a bulk hopper is used that links to the top of the standard hopper. This will help prevent spillage when loading and conveying the material. The conveyor discharge end can be Linked and hocked over the side or back to the next LinkIt conveyor.
