DETACHABLE HOPPER
LINKIT’s detachable hopper allows for flat stacking of conveyors and hoppers for storage and transportation. When needed, the hopper slides easily into a lockout position – no extra hardware required

Forget about using special plugs and multiple generators – instead daisy chain up to 4 LINKIT Conveyors to operate from one 20 AMP circuit.
INBOARD CONTROLS
Each LINKIT has individual controls set inside the machine – so no additional wiring or external control boxes are needed.
SCAFFOLD HOLES
The pair of 2″ diameter scaffold holes can be used to secure LINKIT Conveyors into onsite scaffolding or used for tie-down points and stands.
2-PLY POLY CHEVRON BELT
Frayed two-piece belts are a thing of the past because LINKIT Conveyors feature a heavy-duty, 2-ply vulcanized rubber chevron belt.
FORKLIFT POCKETS
The pair of forklift pockets on LINKIT Conveyors are designed for ease of transport both on and off-site. LINKITs can be lifted individually or in stacks up to the forklift capacity.
GRAB HANDLES
LINKITs are constructed of lightweight aluminum (228-397 lbs) and feature steel grab handles on either end. Initially designed to protect the end of the machine, they also make it easy for two or more workers to lift and/or wheel the conveyors into position. Grab handles also serve as tie-down points during transport or in operation.
FOLDING/LOCKING WHEELS
The LINKIT Conveyors don’t require a separate accessory because the wheels are attached to the machine. Wheels provide ease of maneuvering onsite then fold away with a locking pin.
“ON-THE-GO” BELT ADJUSTMENT
LINKIT’s off-centered cam system is designed for quick-and-easy belt alignment and tensioning that anyone can do on the job site when needed.
DISCHARGE-TO-HOPPER INTEGRATED BRACKETS
LINKIT’s 2 angled brackets at the head-end clip to hopper end of next machine when daisy-chained. This feature reduces the overhang, minimizing loss of belt length.
INTERNAL BELT SCRAPER
The combination of true trough open roller and internal belt scraper system keep LINKIT Conveyors cleaner compared to the slider bed conveyors you may be used to.
STORE/TRANSPORT STACKABLE
LINKIT Conveyors feature tongue and groove sidewalls for safe and easy stacking, transporting and storage.
